- 3. VISA Checking • Must check the Candidate D.O.B. • Need Passport Copy by using Passport Number can verify the candidates. • In H1B Visa check the Petitioner Name and Employeer Name. • I94 Slip is important and it should be same font and same style.
- 4. VISA Checking Links • Can the H1B candidate by usimg this link https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/request.html. • To check the candidate by entering their passport number. (or) • use this link https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus. • In this link enter the "Receipt Number".It presents in I94 Copy.
