No patient should die waiting for you to act. • Alternate Provider? (Most experienced) • Assist Device (Bougie, VL)? • Adjust Position= Max Success • 3: MAX of three attempts! • Move to "B" Early, not late A-3 • Blind AIrway (supraglottic Airway)? • BVM (Can you Bag Them?)? • 2: Two attempts to solve the problem then move on.B-2 • Cric: Bougie assisted Surgical (Ideal) • Cric Kit: (Acceptable) • Cric: Needle (acceptable) • 1: Chose 1 method and do it now.C-1
