 Responsible for managing world’s best store in Dubai,
 To implement store operation policy (SOP) and manuals on various issues including Store layout,
Display, Stock and Cash Management and sales and People Management.
 Responsible for managing inventory, Right merchandise and proper Display to attract the customer
for seasonal items.
 Involved in training of team of 15 people on vital aspect of sale like positive language, understanding
the needs of the customer, handling queries, suggestive selling etc.
 Personally involved in Customer Relationship Management to increase the number of valuable
customer for sound Business Development.
 Handling all daily operation, including promotional activity, interacting with all deppt. Strategically
planning.
 Taking care of all employees’ right from selecting, training, scheduling & providing corrective &
positive feedback to further promote & groom them into self-disciplined, successful individuals.
 Making accurate daily, weekly monthly & quarterly projections for sale trends, transaction trends.
 Hold effective staff meeting to exchange ideas on any operational obstacles & giving necessary inputs
or directives to the staff for individual growth & experience.
 Conducting monthly performance reviews, on one-on-one basis.
 To gather customer & employee feedback and judge patterns, trends to initiate specific actions for
