The study focuses on assessing the wastewater quality index (WWQI) of treated wastewater from a sewage treatment plant using statistical analysis and fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) methodologies. Key physicochemical parameters affecting WWQI, such as total dissolved solids (TDS), biochemical oxygen demand (BOD), and chemical oxygen demand (COD), were evaluated and correlated through regression analysis. Findings indicate significant correlations among these parameters, providing a basis for developing predictive equations for WWQI and improving wastewater treatment decision-making processes.
