During his career in supply chain operations, which spans more than 25 years, Steve has held high-profile positions at several leading companies in the supply chain industry, including Kurt Salmon, RedPrairie (now part of JDA), Retek (now part of Oracle), and the logistics consulting unit of Deloitte. He also founded Inviscid Consulting in 2004. Steve earned a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering (BIE) degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech).
