I am writing to inform you of my dissatisfaction with the internet service I
received yesterday.
First of all, when I wanted to connect my laptop the signal was too slow. I
had to wait too much time to receive a regular signal. The worst part was at
night when the signal was completely off.
Could I please ask you to check my internet service? I’m afraid if action is
not taken, I will be forced to not pay you anymore.
