- 3. The Centre for Learning, Teaching and Technology Video Series Then click on the course name. Here we will use “Demo Course” as an example.
- 4. The Centre for Learning, Teaching and Technology Video Series In Demo Course, we can see a Turnitin assignment link, “Assignment 1 Learning Strategies”, has already been created by the instructor.
- 5. The Centre for Learning, Teaching and Technology Video Series Click on Assignment 1 Learning Strategies to begin the submission process.
- 6. The Centre for Learning, Teaching and Technology Video Series On this Summary page, you can see the name of the assignment link and the related instructions given by the instructor.
- 7. The Centre for Learning, Teaching and Technology Video Series Information about Assignment Part, Start Date, Due Date, Post Date and Max Marks are also shown.
- 8. The Centre for Learning, Teaching and Technology Video Series Let’s click on My Submissions to start assignment submission.
- 9. The Centre for Learning, Teaching and Technology Video Series Type in a title in the Submission Title field, say “Learning strategies”.
- 10. The Centre for Learning, Teaching and Technology Video Series Then click the Browse button to choose a file from your computer.
- 11. The Centre for Learning, Teaching and Technology Video Series Select a file you want to submit, then click the Open button to upload the file.
- 12. The Centre for Learning, Teaching and Technology Video Series Microsoft Word (DOC/DOCX) is the most common format that Turnitin currently accepts. Other commonly accepted formats include HTML, Portable Document Format (PDF), Rich Text Format (RTF) and Plain text (TXT). However, it is not recommended to include any images with formats such as .jpg, .png, .tif, .gif, .bmp, etc. in the file.
- 13. The Centre for Learning, Teaching and Technology Video Series You MUST check the box under “File to Submit” to accept the agreement, otherwise your submission will not be processed.
- 14. The Centre for Learning, Teaching and Technology Video Series Then click on Add Submission button to submit the assignment.
- 15. The Centre for Learning, Teaching and Technology Video Series Wait until the synchronization process is finished.
