    break down items were repaired in process or at the off time as a predictive measure.     .
   Pivotal in establishing minimum percent high carbon at the beginning in steel bath to get better quality in
    terms of metal homogeneity as well as to reduce the furnace running significantly by adopting a combination of
    classic technique & latest process.
   In sand plant, efficiently decreased the level of consumption of new silica sand by 15% & bentonite by 5% a total

    reduction of 17% cost directly; this was awarded by company in cash in 1999 & recorded in service book.
