This document provides details about the Suffrage Science scheme, which celebrates women in science. It launched a new section in 2016 to recognize women in mathematics and computing. Students in a jewellery design program created pieces inspired by math/computing themes and the Suffragette movement. Two winners were selected: Veronika Fabian created a brooch conveying Suffragette slogans in punched tape; Emine Gulsal designed a bracelet hiding the beautiful equation eiπ +1= 0 beneath a silver layer. Ten runners-up were also highlighted for their innovative designs conveying concepts in math/computing.
