Reading Enrichment Academy Phased in over three years   The First Year   Focus on teachers' professional development to create project based classes that follow a similar structure that integrates technology and 21st Century Skills. community out reach to get input and support for the implementation of the academy classes fall into three categories  art  and literature math, science, technology, & engineering languages and world cultures                                      
The Reading Enrichment Academy The Second Year   Run the Enrichment Academy with full teacher and student participation. runs two weeks after traditional school year students have choices  classes will be developmentally appropriate and multi-aged at end of enrichment session students will demonstrate or exhibit a final project that shows they successfully incorporated technology and 21st Century skills.    
The Reading Enrichment Academy   The Third Year   two sessions     first after winter break second after traditional year students continue to have choices  faculty work in collaboration  across grade levels across disciplines final demonstration increasingly emphasizes 21st century skills
