Through the SAIL Lens - Individual
• Given the educators at your table, how might
you collaboratively respond to the challenge?
• Respond to the questions on the worksheet
and prepare to discuss at your table.
Through the SAIL Lens - Team
Work together as a team to develop a collaborative response
to the challenge:
1. As a group, how (if at all) would you re-interpret the challenge?
2. Decide how your group would approach the challenge
collaboratively, including What, Who, and How.
3. Write or draw your answers on flipchart - What, Who, and How.
4. Write your reflections on separate flipchart – Consider: What
approach did the SAIL tools enable? How did the SAIL framework
change your narrative?
5. Prepare to present in the whole group
(2 min per group).
Thank You!
Discover how the SAIL framework and
concepts can be leveraged to facilitate
educator collaboration in support of
learners.
