Summary results
In the summary results you will see all survey fillings - both
complete and unfinished. This is a great place to get general
information about how most respondents answered a
particular question.
You can export the results to a selected format:
Basic form of presentation of survey responses
PDF XLSX CSV SPSS
Trends
Trends are used to analyze how your results changed over
time. They allow for a clear presentation of answers (including
NPS, assessment type and matrix questions) in three time
dimensions: weekly, monthly and quarterly.
The results are presented on graphically attractive charts and
detailed tables.

Cross-tables
Thanks to cross-tables you can use the data collected during
the survey to draw new, more advanced conclusions.
Thanks to them you can, among others:
- analyze the relationships between how specific groups of
recipients answered particular questions,
- distinguish the characteristics of the response of a given
group of people,
- to see trends in the responses and recurring trends.
Mutual impact of survey responses

Rankings
By combining answers from different types of questions you
can come to completely new conclusions. This is what rankings
are for - a feature particularly useful when you need to
compare large amounts of data.
With the help of rankings you can also, for example, create a
list of products or services offered by your company and sort
them from the best to the worst rated.

Sentiment analysis
From customer surveys you will learn what is happening in
your company, but nothing more. To find out what emotions
make a customer evaluate your company in one way and not in
another, you need to delve into open questions or statements
deepened in the surveys.
The question is: how to transform the client's qualitative voice
into quantitative feedback ready for analysis?
The answer is sentiment analysis.

Text module
The report may be addressed to people who do not need to
have comprehensive knowledge about the study or .
Therefore, some issues may need to be clarified or made more
specific.
This is why we have created a text module for the report,
where you can e.g. explain its content, attach selected graphics
or add a link.

Report distribution
Generate an aesthetic PDF report
with all data, content and charts.
Such a report is ideal, for example, for
presentations for translators or
management.
Generate a link to the report, which you
can easily publish on your website,
corporate knowledge base or intranet.
In online reports you can enable live
results update, i.e. the results will
automatically update as the ongoing
survey progresses.
Automate your work and your team.
The module of cyclical reports allows you
to send the current status of the test
results at intervals (e.g. every day, once a
week, etc.) to defined e-mail addresses.
