summer figures.
● Foreclosures began rising sharply in June 2023,
suggesting a potential stabilization at higher levels
amid ongoing changes in commercial real estate
dynamics.
● Historical data reveals significant fluctuations in
foreclosure activity over the past decade, driven by
economic conditions and structural changes, including
the COVID-19 pandemic, with a peak of 889 in October
2014 before a decline in the late 2010s.
