The CIPP Model is an evaluation framework developed by Daniel L. Stufflebeam that assesses the context, inputs, processes, and products of programs and projects. It involves evaluating the context and need for the program/project, developing a strategy and solution, testing and implementing that solution, and conducting ongoing process and product evaluations to ensure the intervention satisfies objectives and identifies any need for changes. The model aims to support regular system operations through periodic evaluation activities.
