- 4. • Visual style – Bands/Artists to do with the style • Language (Depending on genre) – Informal (Slang), Formal (Jargon) • Frequency of publication – Weekly/Fortnightly/Monthly depending of the quality of the magazine • Cost - £2.50-£4.50 • Format – Thin paper (Cheaper), Glossy finish, Most magazine nowadays have an online presence like NME which is only online and doesn’t have a printed copy.
- 5. • People on the front cover – Musicians related to the main cover line • Medium close up to Medium position of the people on the front cover • Masthead links the styles of the magazine to the target audience • Cover lines along side to main cover line that entices you to buy the magazine.

- 7. Billboard is a non- specific genre magazine it is a magazine that covers all types of artists. You can tell this by the main cover line which is about the most influential players in music which could be from any genre. I also know that Billboard is a America chart music magazine so it cover what current music is popular.
- 8. The target audience is not specific for this magazine as the influential artist could be from any genre of music. It cover what is most current and big in America at the moment as for example the other Billboard issue was covering the musical Frozen. Which was the current event happening at the time.
