Team Viewer Installation Instruction Installation - Double click on TeamViewer_Setup.exe - Confirm/Run the popup windows (if have) to continue install - There are two option: + Install: install the software with administrator right . Choose ‘personal, non-commercial’ use . Tick the 2option box to agree terms and conditions . Choose ‘no (default)’ - Finish + Run: run the software (Double Click Team viewer icon) . Tick the option box to agree terms and conditions - Finish - Either way to install or run, the result should look like below, where: + YourID: 9-unique chars identify your computer – consistent + Password: 6-unique chars – randomly generated each time program is run You must give the ID and Password to IT Staff, for us to assist you in troubleshooting your laptop
- 2. Having your computer remotely accessed - Open TeamViewer - Check and provide YourID and Password to your partner - There will be a prompt banner on the bottom right of your screen indicate your partner’s name currently accessing your computer
