Products & Services TechMap’s areas of specialty include the entire spectrum of photogrammetric mapping, including aerial triangulation adjustment, orthophotography, highly-detailed planimetric mapping and topographic mapping. TechMap’s photogrammetric mapping services have been used to assist professionals in a wide variety of fields including, but not limited to, engineering design, property assessment, planning and natural resource management. TechMap employs cutting-edge photogrammetric mapping equipment including analytical instruments, advanced scanners, and powerful SoftCopy workstations to produce and deliver the following mapping products and services: Orthophoto Imagery TechMap delivers valuable digital orthophoto imagery products for government agencies and the Mapping and GIS industry by utilizing innovative techniques, software and hardware. Digital Elevation Models TechMap produces Digital Terrain Models (DTM) for contour generation, flood-plain mapping, orthophoto rectification and Digital Elevation Models (DEM) for the 3D modeling applications, and land management. Aerial Imaging and Data Collection The TechMap staff is well-versed in Airborne GPS, conventional film photography, digital photography and LiDAR acquisition technology and has the capability to implement those skills on the most challenging photogrammetric mapping projects. TechMap is experienced and has developed unique ADS, DMC, LiDAR and conventional film production workflow. Photogrammetric Mapping Techmap’s state-of-the-art production facility houses a stable-sized photogrammetric mapping area. Having this facility in-house enables us to expedite the process and deliver results on time and on budget. GIS Techmap has the expertise to provide consultant service to our GIS clients. This service includes GIS system analysis, software application, data production and geospatial solution.
