On the daily chart, we are witnessing a candlestick pattern that resembles an “Inverted Hammer”. The said pattern would be activated if indices cross the high of the Inverted hammer which is at 16818 / 5050 levels. Then, on the upside, indices would test 16895 – 16971 / 5070 – 5100 levels. On the downside 16544 / 4960 levels remains crucial support level for the market. If breached then selling may intensify and we could test 16373 - 16300 / 4900 – 4890 levels.
