Executes (real time) by (first / second line) specialized, technical work • Ensures availability, performance and security of assigned services / systems / applications / networks (real time) management based on agreed service levels. • Subject dynamic, less convenient and less complex technical environment changes. • Sets (production / implementation) plan. • Performs administrative tasks associated with the (project) work (configuration, delivery and maintenance). • Uses technical resources and tooling. • Analyzes malfunctions and provide technical solutions. • Implements changes • Reports on performance and identifies bottlenecks. • The management chain is positioned as an operational technical manager • HBO level ICT / Technology with (business) experience • Knowledge of management methods / techniques • Social skills for monitoring and coordination Department The team consists of about 22 persons working on provisioning, projects, events and performance management of mobile voice and signaling network. Operational team, flexibility, appropriate language Dutch, English. Responsibilities Implement, test, launch and operate for inbound and out bound roaming. IR Culling of documents required for completion IREG Testing. Ability to quickly identify, investigate and resolve roaming issues. (Take Traces in real time on monitors differential systems for voice and IP traffic). Roaming Partners supporting the Network Configurations for in-bound roaming out. IR21 implementation in network nodes and the roaming database. Job requirements competencies at least 3 years experience as IREG Tester and / or roaming Administrator. Excellent knowledge of mobile telecommunications and within specialized in vanroaming products and services (GSM, CAMEL, 3G, GPRS, etc ...) Technical experience with Ericsson, Huawei and Tekelec equipment. Understanding of project management and organizational problems in a changing environment and high tech
