- 6. Maintenance ProductsMaintenance Products MB Active Cleaner How does it work ? The MB-ActiveCleaner is supplied in concentrate form which is then diluted with water (at a ratio 1:20). In concentrate form, the cleaner has billions of spores which start to develop into bacteria once mixed with water. - What are Spores? Spores are the sleepy state of micro-organisms and are therefore stable for a very long period of time, like a “butterfly” when still in its cocoon. - How do they develop to bacteria? - When MB-ActiveCleaner is in contact with water and with a food source like urine for instance, spores are going to germinate and grow as micro-organisms. They are able to use more and more organics as food and avoid bad odours emanating from these organics. More than just an odour control, Micro-organisms are also able to completely break down uric acid and avoid uric scale build-up. - And after that? When there is no food source available, micro-organisms revert to a spore form again, or go further along the drain line to find other food sources, or simply are not able to survive and then die.

Maintenance ProductMaintenance Product How Urimat works - The Hydrostatic Siphon Trap Drain Trap with Hydrostatic Float The patented and exchangeable drain trap insert siphon used in the URIMAT Urinals collects the urine and discharges it (without using water) into the drainage system. The hydrostatic float seals the insert (without a sealing liquid) and prevents bad odours from escaping. The patented drain trap insert (A) guarantees the smooth operation without sealing liquid. It is inserted into the respective opening in the urinal. The urine flows into the cylindrical internal piece (B) of the drain trap and from there into the overflow area. (C) The urine pushes the float up (D), sealing the intake of the drain trap. The flexible sealing lip (E) keeps odours sealed in. The urine is diverted into the sewage system via the drain trap overflow A B C D E
