- 1. Behaviour The Institute advocates upholding the highest standards of integrity and ethical behaviour and demonstrating honesty, openness, transparency and fairness in all business activities. The CISI is the first professional body to require candidates in the UK, Ireland, Europe and North America taking customer facing entry level examinations for capital markets (Securities, Derivatives, Financial Derivatives and Commodity Derivatives) to pass an integrity test.
