Chuck Vroman reflects on what he learned in his ITP 251 Systems Analysis & Design class. He discusses how he knew nothing about the subject before taking the class. While initially feeling overwhelmed, he enjoyed having creative freedom in his presentations. He learned key terminology, project management skills, ethics considerations, analysis and design methods, security best practices, and how IT fits within business models. Going forward, Chuck plans to apply what he learned to organize tasks at home and further his education, and to continue finding creative outlets for presentations. He thanks his professor for an understanding and engaging learning experience.
