Ireland & UK Moodlemoot 2012

This document discusses the future of the Moodle learning management system. It performs a SWOT analysis, identifying strengths such as its free and open source nature, weaknesses like a lack of design tools, opportunities in lifelong learning needs, and threats from competition. It recommends that the Moodle community take more responsibility and be given a stronger voice, such as through an international association representing users.
