1. Left leg ahead keep hand on thigh and start hitting from upper
shoulder until fingers and come back.. Feel what is happening
2. Repeat it with Right hand on Right leg
(Spine straight – check energy between hands.. Through palms)
3. Come to kidney area from back side where rib cage ends
4. Tail bone
5. Hipbone – sides, buttocks
6. Back of hamstring muscles
7. Inside calf muscles (from back side only)
8. (Turn to front) Thighs – sides, inside, outside (and then move
up)
9. Stomach (no hit) – Rub – move hand clock wise / anticlock
wise
10. (Keep left hand above the right hand) – Navel area, Rub
karate chok points – right left
11. Finger pressure on Navel – rotate clock wise, anticlock wise
12. Head – Front, back, move to back of neck
13. Forehead Rubbing (with 3 fingers)
14. Eyebrows – then Eyelids
15. Jaw – whole face
16. Rub ears, Pull all directions, pulling down is most important
17. Sinus Points: Press start of the nose with thumbs, Bone of
cheecks,
IN LAST – Combing of energy cleaning, release dirty energy
