Let’s face it — Millennials are
taking over the workplace.
Millennials represent roughly 50% of the
workforce, and by 2020, we can expect that
number to increase to a whopping 75%.
Worldwide and in the US, millennials are the largest genera4on yet ~ 2.3 billion strong. 
Half would rather have no job than to 
 have a job they hate, and 3 out of 5 will  
switch job in 5 years. 
7 out of 10 think they need “me 4me” 
 at work, and 4 out of 5 demand 
recogni4on for their work.

more technically savvy than predecessors
