The paper addresses the conflict between Isaac Newton's spinning bucket argument and Einstein's theory of relativity regarding absolute and relative motion by proposing a quantized space-time model with staggered frames of reference. This new structure allows for an explanation of centrifugal and Coriolis forces for different frames of reference, resolving inconsistencies in the interpretation of motion. Ultimately, the proposed framework facilitates a unified understanding of space-time and how it correlates with quantum mechanics phenomena.
