- 5. •Specified for commercial projects, such as housing and office developments as well as within local authorities, housing associations and NHS Trusts these products meet the exacting standards required for legislation and regulation. •Fire detection systems range from traditional standalone detectors to networked addressable systems integrated with security solutions. All products are open protocol meaning the systems are highly customisable and the customer has flexibility in service and maintenance provision. •Emergency lighting systems reduce the potential dangers associated with loss of mains electricity. •Systems are either Maintained (lights are illuminated constantly on a dedicated circuit) or Non-maintained (lights only illuminate in the event of a mains failure).
