Timeline Trivia Game introduction and rules
- 1. NDSU/Research Extension Center Timeline Trivia Objectives: - To reinforce key points and notable dates relating to the history of Land Grant colleges, the Cooperative Extension Service, NDSU, and the NDSU Research Extension Centers. - To provide an opportunity for Extension and REC staff and specialists to get to know others, interact on an informal basis, and HAVE FUN. ___________________________________________________________________________ Game Rules: 1. Open your game envelopes (For Brain Game 1) only when instructed to do so. 2. Each table will work as a team and are competing with all other teams. 3. The winning team will be awarded prizes. 4. No use of technology for answers or help. (?) 5. The Conference Committee members are the supreme judges and have final say over any and all aspects of the game. The committee also has the right to change any and all rules at any time. Directions: Write your answers to the questions or statements on each of the 7 colored game cards. Then tape each card onto the square connecting the event written in bold type on the card to the correct date on the timeline. Remember to record your table number and team members’ names of the back of this game sheet.
- 2. Time Frame: 10 or 15 minutes ---- When you hear the sound of the bell, game is over. Someone will come around to collect your answer sheets.
