When change is coming and you
are pioneering it, you have to make
sure that your team knows that
you support the new strategies, no
matter what. They will trust your
judgement and follow your outlook
on the impending changes. Even
though they may express concerns,
you must stand your ground and
continue to show your desire for
the changes that are to come.

If change is pending, one of the
most crucial steps is making sure
your team is engaged during the
process. This comes in handy
especially when the change is
effecting the overall process and
procedures of your business. Your
employees are on the frontline of
these changes and are the one
who will be impacted the most. Do
some sample scenarios and run
trainings that will prepare them for
what is coming.
