- 2. SCRAPE The scrape tool was effective as when the clip reversed it gave it a mysterious edge.
- 3. DEFOCUS For this specific shot, I felt this tool made the image more mysterious with good use of mise-en-scene done when taken. This tool fit well with what I was trying to create.
- 4. ZOOM BLUR This technique seemed appropriate to use at it emphasised what the weather was like to produce some pathetic fallacy.
- 5. RADIAL BLUR The feature used here was similar to the ‘zoom blur’ as it showed the weather as well as representing how the main character views objects in her mind.
- 6. REFRACTION ‘Refraction’ was a subtle technique used which demonstrated the disbelief to the main character of what she is entering.
- 7. INSECT EYE I thought this feature of the software would be ironic to use because this character has a disability and is frightened of it and most people are scared of insects.
- 8. STRIPES This tool seemed appropriate because her thoughts were rapid and therefore the stripes show the many ideas going through her head.
