The Plumbers' Association of Trinidad and Tobago acknowledged Desmond Haynes' participation in their professional development seminar on November 3rd, 2011. The seminar, titled "Sub-Contractors Working with Contracts" and presented by Mrs. Donna Mae Cedeno MRICS, provided a 3-hour overview of sub-contract types, insurances, payment applications and valuations, variations, and claims for sub-contractors. Desmond Haynes was presented a certificate of participation by the Association's president.
