PREPARATION OF PROPOSED LAND USE USING AI TECHNOLOGY Problem Statement: While preparing Master Plan, single scenario of Proposed Land Use, will be developed by an Urban Planner, using three or four factors and it takes a week. To overcome that, Proposed Land use for multiple scenarios using more than four factors can be developed using Artificial Intelligence Outcome: Proposed Land use for multiple scenarios using Artificial Intelligence. Brief Writeup : Change demand sub-model works out the land requirement for allotting the land use. Transition potential sub model generates land suitability maps for the important land uses such as Residential, Commercial, Public and Semi-Public, Industrial and Recreational. Land uses such as Agriculture, Water Bodies, Defence, Forest, Transportation and Communication and Roads are retained as they are non-developable entities and they need to be retained in the respective locations without any change. Change allocation sub model uses the inputs from change demand sub model and transition potential sub model and allots the suitable proposed land use using Artificial Intelligence.
