Let me tell you a bad news : sleeping NOT well can do us much harm. If you don’t have a well sleeping for long time, you may… your brain’s ability would decline Your  reaction would be slower Your immune system would disorder You could have a diabetes
Now, we have been informed how terrible it is if we don’t have sleep of quality.  Then I am going to talk about why I want to share this video with you guys.
I sometimes have problems of sleeping. Nice sleep can do well to our health and give us much energy for a whole day.
OK! That’s the reason why I chose this topic.  Now I am gonna list some important words in the video.
1. caffeine  咖啡因 2. mattress  床單 3. malted  麥芽酒
OK! Here are the words for you to learn. Is there any questions about this part ? If not, we are going to move on to the main section.
Never have drink containing caffeine. Take some night snacks
Food and drink play an important role in getting good sleep. But what is also the key point is  the position .
Keep in a midline position. Beds and pillows are essential. Place your pillows at right places.
As we can see, sleeping positions come in many ways.  Next, how can we make our nice sleep last for a long time? Here are four Rs that are easy to catch!
Try to go to sleep and awake at the same time everyday. Light is the key. Exercise and naps can help.
Alright! That’s about regularity. But what can we do just before we get in bed?  Les’s check!

Well, besides the previous steps we can follow , a  pleasant sleeping environment is also very important.
Make your bed room only for sleep.
Here are about the ideal conditions for your room. But what’s the best important part is  your bed!!
Clean your bed and change your mattress every month.
