This document describes a mashup application that allows users to view and edit GIS data stored in Google Spreadsheets through tweets, a map interface, and profile editing. The application uses Twitter, Google Spreadsheets, and ArcGIS APIs and technologies like ASP.NET MVC, jQuery, and the ArcGIS JavaScript API to provide features for identifying, editing, downloading over 6,000 GIS records, tracking updates, and linking tweets to mapped features. Source code and a demo site are provided.
