The typography uses red text that is scratched in to convey danger and blood, fitting with supernatural horror conventions. While the scratched effect is intentional, there is a risk it could be misinterpreted as simply drawn on, contrary to the desired effect.

Advantages • The typography is red which connotes danger which is a conventional theme which occurs in supernatural horrors.Also, the colour red has connotations of blood which is an icon of the genre. • In addition, the typography looks like it has been scratched in.This is good as it is a conventional style for supernatural horror film titles.
- 4. Disadvantages • A disadvantage of the typography is that although it is supposed to look scratched in, it could be misinterpreted as being drawn on which is not the effect that we wanted.
