UEE kWh Allocation UEE allocates the actual amount of kilo watts hours used in the prior 12 months to that homeowner The homeowner is allowed to use that number of kilo watts for that month for each of the next 20 years For example if the homeowner uses 650 kWh in June and 450 kWh in September than for the next 20 years they would be entitled to using 650 kWh in each June month and 450 kWh in each September If they go over not a problem, the homeowner pays only for the additional usage at the then current PECO rates only for the amount of the excess If they go under they are only billed for electricity actually used at the locked in rate
