This document provides guidance on immunization programs for diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib), and hepatitis B. It was published by the Pan American Health Organization in 2005. The guide contains information on the epidemiology, clinical presentation, diagnosis, treatment and vaccination activities for each disease.
