This document presents a case report of an 18-year-old female diagnosed with a not otherwise specified (NOS) subtype of steroid cell tumor of the ovary, which manifested as secondary amenorrhea and hirsutism. The tumor, accounting for <0.1% of all ovarian tumors, was confirmed through imaging, hormonal evaluation, and histopathological examination, leading to left salpingo-oophorectomy and a benign diagnosis. Post-surgery, the patient showed normalized testosterone levels and resumed menstrual cycles within two months.
