Functions of the Management …
• Some activities or responsibilities are very crucial.
Therefore, every manager need to perform according
to their job requirement;
a. Planning – Setting of Org. goal & How best to achieve them
b. Organizing – Allocate the resources
c. Leading – Motivate Employees to work with their best interest
d. Controlling – Monitoring and Correcting ongoing activities to
facilitate in the achievement of goal
