This document summarizes the key findings of a survey of Kosovan youth conducted by the Kosovar Stability Initiative (IKS) with funding from UNICEF. The survey included a Kosovo-wide survey of 1,300 youth, in-depth interviews with youth across Kosovo, and 10 focus groups. It finds that Kosovan youth remain dissatisfied with the education system due to its poor quality and lack of resources. Unemployment is the greatest concern of youth at 73%. Youth also feel they have limited opportunities for participation in decision-making. While some youth hope for improvements, others view migration as the best option. The report makes recommendations in the areas of education, employment, youth participation, and improving youth's future
