 Use the ACT! Tools option Scan for duplicates regularly
 to keep your data clean.

 Need to globally update a field in a number of records at
 the same time?
 Create an ACT! lookup of the records you wish to change
 , Ctrl & A to select all from the Contact list view, then use
 edit Copy, Replace or Swap .
#12 Create Activities for Multiple Users

   Automatically create a set of activities for multiple ACT!
    users when updating a field
 Under     Schedule, then Manage – create your activity
    series template. In Tools, define fields, set this activity
    series as the trigger when changing the field.
#13 Keep track of renewals, anniversaries

   Need to keep track of renewal dates? Anniversary
    Dates?
 Create   the date field as an annual event
 Next   create a dynamic group to report on events due
    within the next 30 days
 Or   use the Lookup, Annual events option
