I am seeking a position where my extensive skills in administration and catering can be put to a worth
while use to my employer I am used to working 13 hours a day 7 days a week I am looking for a
permanent position with a mining or oil rig industry I can travel any where in the world.
Interpersonal – ability to build a good rapport with staff, peers and customers as demonstrated
during the many leadership roles in the Merchant Navy and the Royal Australian Navy.
Ability to plan and implement a variety of menus from many different countries.
Understanding man management and the different level of skills your team has is very important
part of being a good leader you always must lead your team with understanding for their
diverse skills.
I have been a chef for 35 years most of which I’ve been a chief chef.
Ability to develop appropriate relationships with other departments and external agencies, to
develop strong working relationships with both internal and external customers. I am able to
develop these relationships to enhance the organisation where I am employed, to supply a
