- 2. ABSTRACT The sixth sense technology prototype comprises of pocket projector, a mirror, smart phone, color markers or a speech IC and a camera. This paper will give you a comparison between the use of color markers which makes use of gesture recognition and computer vision technique and speech IC which uses software known as speech recognition engine.
- 3. INTRODUC TION Sixth Sense in more scientific terms is known as Extra Sensory Perception or in short ESP, developed by Pranav Mistry. The miniaturization of computing devices allows us to carry computers in our pockets, keeping us connected to the digital world. It is a modern day technology which aims at eliminating the hardware devices and make humans less dependent on computers.

- 9. CONCLUSIO N Efforts are being taken to get rid of the color markers. But gesture recognition as well as speech IC will make the device useful for common man. Both compliment each other and just one of it makes the device incomplete and uncomfortable to use.
