Great for promotion, but also …
•   Great for reporting
•   Find story ideas
•   Crowdsource
•   Join the conversation (reply, retweet, ask
    questions)
• Many more users     • Great for breaking

• Tougher to search   • Great real-time
  (but search just      search

Personal vs. professional use
