USING THE ACCREDITATION
PROGRESS CHECKLIST
What is the Checklist?
The Accreditation Progress Checklist is an
administrative tool that you will use to
track teacher progress across all areas of
the program.
When Will You Use This Function?
You will use this function when you need
to indicate that a teacher (or group of
teachers) has completed an activity.
For reporting purposes, you should track
teacher progress on a regular basis.
USING THE CHECKLIST
Using the Checklist
Select the Accreditation
Progress Checklist from
the list of courses in the
Digital Education
Program. It appears
greyed out because it is
not visible to teachers.
Using the Checklist
Select the checklist link.
Using the Checklist
The Preview lets you see all
of the items in the checklist.
Using the Checklist
The View Progress tab lets you
access information about each
teacher’s progress.
Select the View Progress tab.
Using the Checklist
The Separate groups dropdown list
lets you filter the list of teachers by
school.
Using the Checklist
Select the school that you want to
view.
Using the Checklist
This button lets you show or hide
optional checklist items.
e-portfolio activities at Exploring and
Implementing Stage are considered
optional, because they do not count
towards accreditation.
Using the Checklist
If optional items are hidden, then the
progress bars will only show progress
towards required/accreditation level
activities.
Using the Checklist
This button lets you access a
more detailed view of the
overall progress bar.
Using the Checklist
In the detailed view, you can see
the individual activities that
each teacher has completed.
(Completed activities appear in
green).
Using the Checklist
Select the Magnifying Glass icon
beside a teacher’s name to view or
edit their progress checklist.
Using the Progress Checklist
Use the toggle boxes to indicate
whether or not checklist items have
been completed.
Using the Progress Checklist
Use the toggle boxes to indicate
whether or not checklist items have
been completed.
Select Save to save the changes you
have made. You will repeat this
process for each teacher.
Using the Checklist
The changes will be
reflected in the teacher’s
progress bar.
