We’re forming a new society because we want a place where
everyone can be happy and live productive lives. The current
society that we live in today appears to be at war with itself.
There is income inequality, climate change , lack of economic
opportunity, unemployment, materialism, bigotry and racism.
Our society is different and that is why we think you should join us!
The city of Harmonia is a place full of
opportunity, and is a utopia for everyone.
There is no judgement, violence, or
hatred.
We grow fresh fruits & vegetables, we raise
our own livestock and make healthy food
readily available 24 hours a day so you won’t
ever have to worry that things in our
community will devolve into to the society
pictured in the film “The Hunger Games”

Our demographics
will be divided into
cultural districts
like Chinatown,
Little India, etc. but
people will still be
able to go to
whatever area that
they want to go to.

Structure of Government
Our society’s Government will
be democracy. We believe
that the people should decide
who will be a responsible
leader. The people should
have a say in Government and
how it’s organized.
Overview of rules and laws
Everyone in our society will be
treated equally regardless of race
or religion. Aside from that, our
laws will have different branches
to it. Examples include Public law,
Civil law, Administrative law, etc.
Important rules ● Possession of alcohol or
drugs will result in
punishment.
● Animal abuse will not be
tolerated.
● Neglection of your child
will not be tolerated.
● No Polygamy.
● Children aged 6-16 are
required to go to school.
● Treat others as you
would like to be
treated.
● Legal age for
marriage is 20 years.
● Stealing or theft will
not be tolerated.
● No littering.
Rule awareness
People will learn laws in school through
law-related education since it is required
for people to have an understanding of the
general rules of Harmonia. Laws will also
be displayed on electronic signs and
played on PA systems throughout
Harmonia every now and then.
Taxes
People that live in
Harmonia property is
required to pay taxes.
Average tax cost per month will weigh in to
approximately $200 USD a month. Money
collected from taxes will be used to trade for
resources or other things.
Necessities
We will provide people with basic
necessities like food, water, shelter, and
education to all citizens of Harmonia.
Taking advantage of these benefits will not
be tolerated.
Harmonia’s
appearance
Harmonia will maintain
a clean and healthy
environment with
mostly white, square-
like structural buildings
and lush, green
recreational areas.
Harmonia’s location
Harmonia will be located in a river valley.
This will allow for easy access to water and
other resources, transportation, fertile soil.
Food/drink
distribution
Food and water will
be distributed to the
people of Harmonia
at specified eating
times. Additional
food and water can
be requested at a
cost.
Education
Everyone deserves a
chance at education.
Education will be
free for everyone
because knowledge
shouldn’t have a
price. It also
promotes fairness.
Jobs
There will be many
job available to
people as long as
they meet the
requirements for it.
Examples of
available jobs are
Architect, Columnist,
Engineer, and
Fashionist designer.
Housing
A single person will
live in a 900 square
feet apartment/
small house. An
average family will
live in a 2500 square
feet house. Cost of
house/apartment
will depend on size.
Rights and
ownership
People will have
rights to ownership
of an item/property
if it is rightfully
theirs or if they have
duties over it. Any
form of theft will not
be tolerated.
Living Area
People will either
live in an apartment
complex or in a
suburban area.
Depends if it’s a
single person or a
family.
Transportation
Method of transportation
will be eco friendly. A
Maglev system will run
throughout Harmonia,
Hybrid flying cars will be
available, and bikes will
be distributed.
Freedom to Marry
In the city of Harmonia, everyone is free to
marry anyone they please as long as both
persons are above the age of 20.
Creation of Children
“Designer” babies are things we do not do in
Harmonia as it is frowned upon due to it’s
questionable moral platform. We only do so
if it is absolutely necessary (i.e. disease)
Everyone in Harmonia is a
precious snowflake.
Care of children
Parents must take care of their
child/children. They must provide a home
and protect them. They are also
responsible for disciplining, providing
education, and medical treatment of the
child. Any form of child abuse will NOT be
tolerated and will result in the
child/children immediately taken into
protective custody.
Care of elderly
People will retire at the age of 65 or older.
They’ll be eligible for relocation to a
retirement home if they want to
Employment
Having a stable job is important. If people
run around without jobs, everything would
fall apart. This goes for every society.
Adults are required to have a job to support
themselves and/or their family. In the
event that someone doesn’t find
employment within 14 days, they will be
relocated for employment training.
Religion
Harmonia will not establish an official
religion nor will it prohibit the practice of
religion. Everyone is free to believe in
whatever religion they want to believe in.
Animals
Certain animals will be kept in a wildlife
preserve so they can’t cause or be harmed.
Animals such as dogs, cats, birds, etc. will be
allowed to be kept as pets. When owning a
pet, there are minimal requirements to taking
care of the animal. Any form of animal abuse
will not be tolerated.
Other communities
Harmonia will be open to all (except those
who’ve been exiled). Harmonia will establish
a relationship with other communities since
cities depend on the cooperative efforts of
local, regional, state, and federal agencies
Daily Life
Monday-Friday, people will go to work and
children will go to school. A working adult will
work 32 hours a week minimum (6.4 hours a day).
An average child will go to school for 30 hours a
week (6 hours a day). The weekend (Saturday-
Sunday) is when mostly everyone has their
freetime.
Daily Life
During the weekend you’re free to spend
your free time however you want. Spending
time with your family is encouraged since it’s
a great opportunity to bring families together
Recreation
Many pastime activities such
as basketball, baseball,
tennis, etc. will be allowed
since it's great exercise and it
brings people together. But
that doesn’t mean things like
painting, writing songs, or
fashion design isn’t allowed
though.
Sports
Sports like basketball,
soccer, and baseball will
be allowed. Any sport
deemed inappropriate
or “violent” won’t be
allowed.
Entertainment
Forms of
entertainment such
as games, sport,
dance, cinema, and
more will be
allowed. Any form of
entertainment
deemed
inappropriate won’t
be allowed.
Holidays
Harmonia will not be
officially celebrating
any religious
holidays. Instead,
we’ll allow people of
different beliefs to
celebrate their own
holidays.
