Project Description:
Agility is a cloud platform where customer can manage their hybrid cloud services. Using Agility platform
customers can connect to multiple cloud service provides and able to manage infrastructure resources
according to their requirement.
Rolesand Responsibilities:
 Working in Agile Scrum methodology having 4 sprints as a release
 Migration of Production environment from VPS Hosting to AWS.
 Creating DevOps POC environment as per the customer requirement using Jenkins and other source
controls.
 Working with different AWS services like ELB, RDS, EC2, S3, Route53, IAM etc.
 Installation and configuration of VPC environment & EC2 instances in AWS for different services.
 Configuring and Managing the RDS MySQL Databases and Replication Environment.
 Develop Bash Scripts to automate regular backups and service checks and restarts, OS patches and
continuous deployment of applications to development, staging and production environments.
 Use OpenLDAP as an Identity Management system that will do Accounting and Authentication for all
users
 Creating the automation scripts where customer can deploy the packages whenever they required.
 Taking the AWS images (AMI) and makes it available for users

Project#1 – VerifiedbyVisa Online Payments Platform & VCAS File Delivery – Visa INC, USA (From
Nov-2013 to Sep 2015)
Project Description:
Verified by Visa (VbV) is the service developed and provided by Visa to improve the security of online
payments offered to customers. It is an added layer of security for online credit and debit card
transactions. It adds another authentication step for online payments. It uses the 3-D secure which is an
XML based protocol sent over SSL connections with client authentication (this ensures the aut henticity of
peers, the server and the client, using digital certificates).

Rolesand Responsibilities:
 Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, packet tracing, path visualization and failover)
 Managing the test applications of Verified by Visa.
 Ensuring the availability of the applications as per the SLAs.
 SSL Certificate management/maintenance.
 Troubleshooting of day to day issues of various applications by involving required support groups
 Incident/Change/Problem management.
 Creating the change requests against the component for the ITIL process of release management.
 Debugging and resolving systems and applications issues reported through either monitoring tools
or by customers.
 Web services (SOAP, WSDL and WS-Policy, ReST)
 Well versed with tools like Keynote for monitoring the performance and availability of applications
and OPNET, Thousand Eyes & Net Scout to provide solutions for managing network of applications.
 Led key role and as SPOC for projects including all RHEL upgrades across the VbV platform, SSLv3
Migration to TLS protocol, Data power XI52 Migration.
