- 1. Since 2006 I work as a project manager / interim manager. Through a high level of empathy and energy I connect people. With my non-standard approach I am self-starting and take initiative. My natural persuasiveness, positive energy and enthusiasm allow me to connect people in teams. Humour is part of my daily working day, by which I motivate people. With a clear, direct, but honest communication style I ensure that the project objective is achieved together.
