Project name : Lifespan Team size : 4 members Role in project : Test Engineer Description : To have a customer interaction management system that enables Lifespan to manage and monitor leads across all their clinics in different locations. This ensures that no lead is lost or unmonitored. Lifespan has clinics located in 9 cities. Each city has multiple clinics of Lifespan. The Centralized Call Centre is located in Mumbai and operates from 8am to 8pm Calls landing on a virtual number are forwarded to specific numbers assigned for each clinic (landline/mobile) in the particular location. Report has details about: Total calls, Answered calls, Not Answered Calls and their percentages Roles and Responsibilities: Studying and understanding the product from SRS User requirements analysis. Discussing and finalizing the functional specifications Preparing functional specification document Providing unique ideas to the Team lead and implementing in the product. Performing effective Unit testing. Responsible for updating the status of project to the Team leader. 2.
