Medium risk visa countries If your country falls in the second category You need to apply for TOURISTIC visa in order to come to AAIM 2012 COMPLEATE GET YOUR APPLY FOR VISA INVITATION LETTER INVITATION AT YOUR LOCAL GET YOUR VISA APPLICATION FORM LETTER by e-mail EMBASSY step 1 Complete INVITATION LETTER APPLICATION form The form will be found online, on our website, and in the confirmation letter you will receive after registration. This information will help us prepare your Invitation letter together with the Russian Migrations Service.
- 7. step 2 Get A COPY of your INVITATION LETTER by e-mail and print it in High Resolution format Please take into consideration that this can take up to 10 working days 12 EUR Medium risk visa Apply for touristic visa step At the local embassy or consulate 3 Check list* countries • Your original passport with at least 2 blank visa-designated pages The passport must be valid for at least 6 months after intended departure date from Russia. • Two copies of Russian visa application form, completed and signed. • One passport-size photo signed on the back. • Travel insurance in original and copy • Invitation letter 4 *documents may differ from country to country so please check the website of your embassy/consulate first 25 EUR - 75 EUR step Get your VISA :)

High risk visa countries If your country falls in the third category You need to apply for a BUSINESS visa In order to come to AAIM 2012 COMPLEATE GET YOUR APPLY FOR VISA INVITATION LETTER INVITATION AT YOUR LOCAL GET YOUR VISA APPLICATION FORM LETTER by mail EMBASSY step 1 Complete online INVITATION LETTER APPLICATION form The form will be found online on our website and in the confirmation letter you will receive after registration. This information will help us prepare your Invitation letter together with the Russian Migrations Service.
